Autumn Trek 2023
The 23nd Annual Autumn Trek is a cycling event which is sponsored us, River Valley Trails. All money generated through the Autumn Trek is used to fund bike-oriented projects, which benefit everyone in the St Croix Valley region.
Choose between four different scenic routes on paved country roads with little traffic. Maps provided at the start with all roads marked with signage and full SAG support during your ride. Maps will also be emailed three days prior to the event.
ROUTE SELECTION OF 25, 45, 65 AND 101 MILES. 1+MILE ELEVATION ON THE 101 MI CENTURY
START AND END AT RUSH RIVER BREWERY IN RIVER FALLS, WI. Free parking available.
Expect rolling hills with beautiful scenery, locally made nutrition to eat at each rest stop; beef sticks, cheese curds, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit and more with a Bavarian style lunch provided at the end. One free beer offered with every paid registration. Bike helmets required and please bring a refillable water bottle. We make every effort to keep you on track with detailed maps and route markings. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe event for everyone.

We love cycling clubs. Please contact event director for discount if having 8+ riders from your club.
Please note, online registration ends Sept 13 at Midnight, but you may still register Day of Ride.
T shirts available, $18 with pre-order until Aug 25 and $25 day of the ride. Please note, size selection will vary if purchased on day of ride.
Bike Safety Rodeo
Come tune up your wheels for a safe ride this summer!
• Adaptive bikes and bikes of all sizes for you to try out
• Bring your own bike for a quick tune-up
• Eat healthy snacks, play games, and win prizes
• Hang out with PowerUp and Chomp, the carrot mascot!
• Meet your public safety agencies and tour an ambulance
• Practice riding through a bike obstacle course
• Receive a free day pass from the YMCA!

Autumn Trek 2022
We can’t wait for you to join us for the 23rd annual Autumn Trek bike ride!
The ride will take place on Sunday, September 18, 2022. You’ll leave and arrive at Rush River Brewery in River Falls, WI. Along the ride, you’ll be taken through some of the most scenic countryside in Western Wisconsin.
The Autumn Trek has excellent rest stops with great food, and even more beautiful scenery. You’ll find excellent route markings, maps, food at rest stops and special food truck at ride’s end.
Choose from four ride loops: The 25 mile, 45 mile, 65 mile and 101 mile Century Challenge.
Bridge the Valley Bike Rally
The Stillwater Sunrise Rotary Club is hosting their Bridge the Valley Bike Rally event on August 14, 2022, offering 10, 25, 45, 70, and 75-mile rides. The 75-mile ride also comes with an extra challenge of gravel riding.
Starts are available from 7 - 10 a.m. Those interested in registering can do so through the Stillwater Sunrise Rotary Club website.
National Night Out
National Night Out is recognized on the first Tuesday of August every year in communities around the country, in Canada, and on military bases as a night to increase crime prevention efforts and build ties between the community and local law enforcement. River Valley Trails will have a tent at this event - stop by and see us!
Tour of Saints
Join the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota and 1,000 other bicyclists as they tour their way through St. Joseph in the Tour of Saints. Sign up before July 14, and you can save $7 per adult!
Bike Safety Rodeo
Don't miss the opportunity to tune up your wheels for a safe ride this summer! Join us at the North Parking Lot of the YMCA in Hudson, 2211 Vine Street, on Sunday, June 12 between 2-4 p.m.
Chipotle Fundraiser for Limitless Cycling
Do good with Chipotle! Join us, or order online (CODE : 9HNDCAG) at Chipotle in Oak Park Heights on Saturday January 29th, 2022 from 4:00pm-8:00pm. Show the cashier this event, or let them know that you're eating for Limitless Cycling, and 33% of event sales will be donated to Limitless Cycling. Your donation allows us to continue to serve and honor those who could not normally enjoy the outdoors on their own. Limitless Cycling is a nonprofit organization that operates under a 501c3 fiscal sponsorship agreement provided by River Valley Trails.
Weekly Friday Ride
SEE WISCONSIN FROM A BIKE SEAT
Friday B level ride is 45-60 miles through Western Wisconsin countryside. We will meet at 9:00 AM Friday morning and then drive to the starting point for the ride. We will be back in Hudson around 6:00 PM.
The rides are designed to maximize the scenic value of lakes, rivers and scenic overlooks. The routes will be slightly to moderately hilly. Distance and difficulty are negotiable.

Weekly Wednesday Ride
Usually there are enough riders to form an “A” & a “B” ride. The “A” ride is usually 30 to 40 miles while the “B” ride is 25 to 30 miles. We usually meet back at Hoffman Park to socialize. “The Wednesday night ride’s will be restarting in the spring depending on the weather. The beginning of April is usually the earliest we start”
